Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are final.

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded:

  • The purchase is non-refundable
  • The purchase is non-returnable

2. Physical Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Items)

Physical merchandise is produced and shipped through third-party print-on-demand providers.

Eligible Returns or Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only for:

  • Items that are incorrect due to fulfillment error
